We write our legal terms for India, but access still depends on local law and the rules that apply where your account is used. If a state or country rule is stricter than our standard wording, the stricter rule controls. That can affect who can open

an account, what verification we ask for, how long records stay in our systems, and whether we can continue service after a risk or compliance flag. We may also pause or close access if required by law, by a dispute process, or by a security check.

If you send a request from outside a permitted area, we may decline it or ask for more detail before we act. When you use UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay, the same legal position applies to the record we keep for each transaction.
